7 August | • Afternoon arrival in Krakow and hotel check-in • Meeting with the festival organizers and group leaders • Dinner • Free evening to explore Krakow’s charming riverbank promenade along the Vistula River, offering picturesque night views of Wawel Castle and the Old Town skyline |
8 August | • Breakfast • City sightseeing: Explore Krakow’s most iconic landmarks — • Dinner • Evening performance at the Main Square (Rynek Główny) — share your artistry in the cultural heart of Krakow, surrounded by centuries of history |
9 August | • Breakfast • Optional excursion: Boat trip on the Vistula River • Dinner • Gala Performance on the Main Square – a festive evening featuring all participating ensembles, followed by a ceremonial presentation of diplomas and gifts |

Further Information
• Open to folklore ensembles, orchestras, majorettes, modern dance groups, choirs, and music bands from all over the world
• No age limits and no restrictions on group size
• Choirs and musical ensembles should be prepared to perform on open-air stages
• Early registration is recommended, as participation is limited
